Benefits of Our Massage Treatments?

Relieves Aches & Pains

Whether it’s a sports massage, full body massage, deep tissue, back, neck, hot stone, or shoulder massage, our therapists will relax you and help relieve you of any aches and pains. Our professionals use soft techniques to relax tension in muscles resulting in inner and exterior beauty.

Physical and Mental Benefits

It has been proven that regular massage therapy decreases stress, muscle tension/pain, and anxiety, whilst improving skin tone, circulation, muscular flexibility, relaxation, and recovery of soft tissue injuries.

Enhanced by Aromatherapy

Our therapists use aromatherapy to enhance these benefits. Our massage therapists are professional, well-trained, and enthusiastic.

Deep Tissue Massage vs Detox Massage

Our Deep tissue massages are one of the most popular choices. Your therapist will work out any knots from overworked muscles, particularly in the shoulders or back, leaving you feeling more relaxed and relieved. This type of massage also increases circulation, helps chronic joint pain, and increases blood flow. However, our deep tissue massages can be slightly more ‘intense’, so if you have sensitive muscles or are looking for something more calming, try another type of massage that we offer, such as our Detox massage.

When having a Detox massage treatment, your therapist will use gentle strokes to facilitate the lymphatic system. This will leave you feeling fresh, detoxed, and rejuvenated and is designed to support the body’s internal filtration system.

One may believe that eating healthy and working out is the best way to detox the body, but the key to full detoxification is a massage. Our detox treatment here, at Milton Keynes, will leave you feeling more energized, happier, calmer, and fresher.

FAQs

It is recommended that you get a massage at least once a month for the number of benefits above. However, one could get massages as much as every other day, depending on what the problem is.

We advise getting massages every week until you start seeing results, and then either weekly or fortnightly after that.

You may feel stiffness or discomfort a couple of days after your massage, but after that benefits may last anytime between 2 days and weeks. Most people notice results lasting for around a week.

The more often you get treatments, the stronger the results.
