24hrs notice is required for cancellations and no-shows. Failure to do so will incur a charge when re-booking. This charge will be half the treatment price of the cancelled/no show treatment PLUS the full price of the newly booked treatment.

If you work for one of our corporate clients, please book treatments under Corporate and select your company.
